TANDOORI CHICKEN PIZZA

Preparation Time:
15 minutes

Cooking Time:
20-25 minutes

Serves: 2



Ingredients

2 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
1/2 jar of Devya Indian Gourmet Tandoori Chicken Marinade
1 tbsp bread crumbs
1 ready-made pizza crust or 2 large naan breads
1 crushed garlic clove
1 tsp of lemon juice
coriander
cashew nuts (optional)
1 jar tomato sauce
mozzarella cheese (measure to taste)

Directions:
Step 1- Combine Devya Indian Gourmet Tandoori Marinade,
breadcrumbs, garlic lemon juice and salt.
Step 2- Marinate the chicken for approximately 30 minutes or longer.
Step 3- Place the chicken on a baking tray.
Step 4- Bake the chicken in a preheated oven (400°F) for about 12 minutes.
Step 5- Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
Step 6- Slice chicken into thin slices.
